1. Eligibility
The Grand Slam Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Braker Bros, Campfire Ranch, Riversmith, Wise River, onWater, and their immediate family members are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Braker Bros, Fort Collins, CO (“Sponsor”).
3. Agreement to Official Rules
By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and represent and warrant that they meet eligibility requirements.
4. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on August 20th, 2025 at 5:00pm MT and ends on September 4th, 2025 at 5:00pm MT (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period in the following ways:
Email Entry (1 entry): Enter your name and email address on the official giveaway landing page.
Instagram Follow Bonus (+5 entries): Follow all participating brands on Instagram: [@brakerbros, @camfireranch, @riversmith, @wiseriver, @onwaterapp].
Instagram Story Share Bonus (+15 entries): Share the official giveaway post to your Instagram story.
Maximum entries per person: [21].

6. Prizes
One (1) winner will receive the following prizes:
$250 Wise River Gift Card (ARV: $250)
Riversmith Convoy Hauler Bag & Convoy Duffel Bag (ARV: $500)
Two (2) years of onWater+ Membership (ARV: $100)
Two free night at Campfire Ranch on the Taylor (ARV: $150)
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000.
No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor within 7 days of the Sweepstakes close. The winner will be notified by email. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 5 days of first notification attempt, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission to Sponsor and its partners to use their name, likeness, and social media handle for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. Release & Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Campfire Ranch, Riversmith, Wise River, onWater, Instagram, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
10. Instagram Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor, not Instagram.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
12. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
